Experienced In-Home Sales Representative
About the role
APEX Windows & Bath is seeking experienced, professional In-home Sales Representatives who can connect with homeowners, identify their needs, present solutions, and confidently ask for the sale. This is not cold calling or door knocking—APEX provides company-generated, pre-set appointments with homeowners interested in improving their homes. Your role is to conduct professional in-home consultations, help homeowners find the right solution, and close sales.

Who We’re Looking For
We are especially interested in candidates with experience in:
- In-home remodeling sales
- Bath or window sales
- Roofing, HVAC, flooring, solar, or other home-improvement sales
- One-call-close environments
- High-ticket consumer sales and financing
Home-improvement experience is preferred, but exceptional sales talent from other industries will be considered. You should be comfortable building rapport, asking good questions, understanding homeowner needs, presenting solutions, discussing financing, handling objections, and asking for the sale.
