About the role

APEX Windows & Bath is seeking experienced, professional Sales Representatives to connect with homeowners, identify their needs, present solutions, and confidently ask for the sale. The core business involves Bath and Window remodeling, including Tub-to-Shower conversions and Replacement windows. APEX is the largest glass dealer in the U.S. Southwest with over 30 years of experience as a low-price leader.

Responsibilities

• Runs professional in-home consultations
• Helps homeowners find the right solution
• Turns opportunities into sales
• Sells Bath and shower remodeling
• Sells Tub-to-Shower conversions
• Sells Replacement windows

Requirements

• Experience in In-home remodeling sales
• Experience in Bath or window sales
• Experience in Roofing, HVAC, flooring, solar or other home-improvement sales
• Experience in One-call-close environments
• Experience in High-ticket consumer sales and financing
• Preferred: Home-improvement experience
• Exceptional: Sales talent from other industries
• Comfortable building rapport, asking good questions, understanding homeowner needs, presenting solutions, discussing financing, handling objections, and asking for their business
