Experienced In-Home Sales Representative
About the role
APEX Windows & Bath is seeking experienced, professional In-home Sales Representatives who excel at connecting with homeowners, identifying their needs, presenting solutions, and confidently closing sales. This is not cold calling or door knocking—APEX provides company-generated, pre-set appointments with homeowners interested in home improvements. Your role is to conduct professional in-home consultations, help homeowners find the right solutions, and convert opportunities into sales.

- Tub-to-shower conversions
- Replacement windows
Who We’re Looking For
We are especially interested in candidates with experience in:
- In-home remodeling sales
- Bath or window sales
- Roofing, HVAC, flooring, solar, or other home-improvement sales
- One-call-close environments
- High-ticket consumer sales and financing
Home-improvement experience is preferred, but exceptional sales talent from other industries will be considered. You should be comfortable building rapport, asking insightful questions, understanding homeowner needs, presenting solutions, discussing financing, handling objections, and asking for the sale.
