We are looking for an experienced paralegal to support enterprise legal and procurement operations for a corporate client. This role focuses on high-volume agreement support, contract updates, and day-to-day coordination across legal, sourcing, compliance, and business teams. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, careful document handling, and the ability to keep multiple contracting activities moving in a large corporate environment. Responsibilities:• Examine agreements and related records to confirm accuracy, completeness, and alignment with required terms before further review or execution.• Prepare contract amendments, notices, summaries, and template-based documents to support ongoing legal and procurement priorities.• Contribute to remediation and repapering efforts by organizing updates to existing agreements and helping move corrective actions forward.• Monitor approval stages, renewal timelines, key obligations, and other critical milestones throughout the contract lifecycle.• Partner with attorneys, procurement professionals, and internal business contacts to help drive timely contract review and execution.• Maintain organized contract files, repositories, and supporting documentation within established management systems.• Assist with intake, routing, execution support, and administrative coordination for a large volume of contracting requests.• Flag unusual terms, compliance concerns, or legal risks for escalation to counsel when additional review is needed.• Provide reporting and operational support tied to enterprise contracting activity, including status tracking and documentation follow-up. • At least 5 years of experience in paralegal work, contract management, legal operations, or a closely related function.• Demonstrated background supporting corporate legal departments, procurement organizations, or enterprise contract administration teams.• Experience reviewing commercial agreements for required provisions, completeness, and compliance standards.• Ability to manage a high volume of contracts and related records with strong accuracy and close attention to detail.• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across legal, sourcing, compliance, and business stakeholders.• Proficiency in drafting or updating amendments, renewals, notices, templates, and other contract-related documents.• Experience maintaining contract repositories, tracking obligations, and supporting end-to-end lifecycle activities.• Preferred industry exposure in healthcare, banking, financial services, or other large enterprise environments.
