Job Summary

We Put the World on Vacation Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an in-person marketing associate to serve as a brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations. The role involves greeting, presenting, and incentivizing prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour, screening and qualifying potential customers, and making sales-tour reservations.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations
• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits

Travel Requirements

• No travel required outside of the home site’s area

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

• Maintain production standards
• Must maintain full availability to work weekends and holidays, daytime & nighttime
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Knowledge and Skills

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space
• Full availability required to work weekends, holidays, daytime & nighttime
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices
