Job Summary

We Put the World on Vacation Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a marketing associate. This role involves in-person marketing with prospective and/or current owners within our resorts. The ideal candidate will serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador, assist in receiving arrival sheets, greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour, screen and qualify potential customers, make sales-tour reservations, and collect required deposits.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations
• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits

Travel Requirements

• No travel required outside of the home site’s area

Minimum Requirements And Qualifications

• Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required
• Maintain production standards
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Knowledge And Skills

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices
