In-House Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

We Put the World on Vacation Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an energetic individual to join our team as a travel marketer. The ideal candidate will engage with prospective and current owners within our resorts, scheduling presentations and promoting our vacation ownership and travel membership brands.

Responsibilities

• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, keep current marketing information and materials, keep current on industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.

Travel Requirements

No travel outside of the home site’s area is required.

Minimum Requirements And Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills, and smart devices.
