About the role
Responsible for managing donor relations, overseeing fundraising initiatives, and collaborating with various departments to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase donor engagement and fundraising efforts.
- Oversee grant applications and manage relationships with foundations and corporations.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote donor programs and events.
- Manage donor databases and ensure accurate and timely data entry.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on fundraising performance and trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., nonprofit management, public relations, or communications).
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in fundraising or donor relations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Experience working with diverse communities and understanding cultural sensitivity.
- Knowledge of nonprofit best practices and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with donors and stakeholders.
- Experience with donor stewardship and cultivation.

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
