About the role

Responsible for managing donor relations, overseeing fundraising initiatives, and collaborating with various departments to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase donor engagement and fundraising efforts.
• Oversee grant applications and manage relationships with foundations and corporations.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote donor programs and events.
• Manage donor databases and ensure accurate and timely data entry.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on fundraising performance and trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., nonprofit management, public relations, or communications).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in fundraising or donor relations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse communities and understanding cultural sensitivity.
• Knowledge of nonprofit best practices and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with donors and stakeholders.
• Experience with donor stewardship and cultivation.
• Proficiency in donor database software.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
