What You'll Do
- Cook up daily schedules for caregivers and nursing staff
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and families
- Communicate schedule changes and care updates promptly
- Support and assist field staff with day-to-day needs
- Investigate and resolve client and employee concerns
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Partner with clinical and operational teams to ensure quality care
- Aid in ongoing quality improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous office, scheduling, staffing, or healthcare experience
- Experience working with elderly, disabled, or medically fragile individuals
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-moving environment
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong organizational and computer skills
