In-home Traveler Physician (Full-time) - State of Maine and Surrounding Markets

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations up to 100% of the time
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with health plan members
• Review medication and medical history during visits
• Perform physical evaluations and recommend additional diagnostic tests when necessary
• Utilize an iPad for clinical workflows and documentation
• Conduct virtual visits as required
• Engage in efforts to connect patients to appropriate care resources

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license(s) in Maine and additional states as required
• Ability to maintain multi-state licensure for coverage as needed
• Flexibility to cover various counties across Maine
• Experience in conducting in-home health evaluations
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse populations
