In-home Traveler Physician (Full-time) - Minnesota

About the role

Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, is seeking a Full Time Physician to provide In-Home Health Evaluations. You'll engage with people in the comfort of their own homes, helping bridge gaps in care and simplifying health care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 45-minute visits lasting one-on-one conversations and answering health questions.
• Perform medication and medical history reviews, physical evaluations, and additional diagnostic tests (e.g., diabetic eye exams, spirometry).
• Use an iPad and an intuitive clinical workflow for each evaluation.
• Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people's current treatment regimens.
• Conduct virtual visits as needed.
• Provide all Signify Health services as indicated, including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products (e.g., spirometry, DEE, bone density screening).

Requirements

• Holding multiple state licenses as required by business needs.
• Primary workplace is the private residence of health plan members.
• Flexible to travel locally and within licensed states.
• Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required.
• Able to cover the following primary locations: all counties within Minnesota and flex to other areas of business need.

Benefits

The typical pay range for this role is $174,070.00 - $374,920.00. Full-time employees qualify for a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, retirement savings options, wellness programs, and other resources.
