In-Home Traveler Physician Full Time - Massachusetts

For our client, we are seeking a In-Home Traveler Physician Full Time - Massachusetts to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role focuses on delivering in-home clinical evaluations and virtual care support for patients across Massachusetts. The physician will build trusted relationships in the home setting while helping identify needs, recommend appropriate next steps, and support better health outcomes. This position requires comfort working across diverse household environments and collaborating through a technology-enabled workflow. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $174,070 – $374,920 annually Responsibilities Conduct in-home health evaluations with patients in their own residences Establish trust and rapport to enhance health outcomes Provide virtual visits when needed to meet patient needs Perform comprehensive physical evaluations and review health history Assess and document patient needs to recommend appropriate care options Use iPads and related technology to support an efficient clinical workflow Qualifications Active, unrestricted medical license in required coverage areas Ability to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses as required Experience providing in-home health evaluations Strong interpersonal skills for building patient relationships Comfortable working in diverse home environments and around potential allergens Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off for personal and medical needs Annual continuing education allowance 401(k) retirement plan Supply reimbursements and additional perks Liability malpractice coverage Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
