In-home Traveler Physician (Full-time) - Virginia State and Surrounding Markets

About the role

Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, is seeking a Full-time Physician to provide In-Home Health Evaluations. You'll primarily travel across a defined coverage area, up to 100% of the time, conducting evaluations in the comfort of people's homes.

Responsibilities

• Engage with people in their homes to answer health questions, conduct medication and medical history reviews, and perform physical evaluations.
• Order and conduct diagnostic tests as directed by the person’s health plan, such as diabetic eye exams, spirometry, etc.
• Use an iPad and an intuitive clinical workflow for each evaluation, without prescribing medicine, ordering lab tests, or altering treatment regimens.
• Conduct virtual visits as needed, and provide all Signify Health services as indicated.

Requirements

• Holding multiple state licenses in the coverage area(s), as required.
• Able to cover various primary locations within Virginia and flex to other areas as needed.
• Flexible to travel up to 100% of the time, covering all counties within the specified markets.
• Eligible for additional per-completion incentive pay for all in-home visits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in the coverage area(s).
• Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in the coverage area, as required.

Pay

The typical pay range for this role is $110.00 - $110.00 per hour or base annual full-time salary, dependent on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
