In-Home Traveler Nurse Practitioner Full Time

We are seeking a Full-Time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner) to conduct in-home health evaluations across a defined coverage area. Responsibilities include performing medical history reviews, physical evaluations, and administering diagnostic tests as ordered, using an iPad for clinical workflows. Travel may be extensive, including overnight stays and virtual visits, with multi-state licensing required. Clinicians will build trusted relationships to improve health outcomes by providing personalized, comprehensive health assessments. Primary workplace is clients’ homes, which may contain household pets or allergens; candidates must perform duties safely in diverse environments. Qualifications include active, unrestricted licenses in coverage states, board certification, and ability to cover all counties within the state.
