In-Home Traveler Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Full Time

Role Overview: This position involves providing In-Home Health Evaluations as a full-time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant), primarily traveling within designated areas. You will conduct comprehensive health assessments, including medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests, using an iPad for workflow. Responsibilities: Build trusted relationships with patients, deliver personalized health evaluations in clients' homes, and coordinate care needs. Flexibility to travel locally and within licensed states, conduct virtual visits, and provide diagnostic services is essential. Qualifications & Skills: Active, unrestricted licenses, board certification, ability to obtain multi-state licenses, and coverage in Maine counties are required. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, adaptability to diverse home environments, and a passion for patient-centered care. Key Duties: Engage with patients, review medical histories, perform physical evaluations, and facilitate diagnostic testing. No prescribing or treatment modifications are necessary.
