In-Home Traveler Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Full Time

About the role

Seeking a full-time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to perform in-home health evaluations, building trusted relationships and improving health outcomes. The role involves traveling within licensed states, conducting approximately 45-minute visits that include medical history reviews, physical assessments, and optional diagnostic tests, without prescribing medications or altering treatments.

Responsibilities

• Providing personalized health evaluations directly in patients’ homes
• Engaging with diverse environments, ensuring safety and comfort
• Utilizing clinical workflows via an iPad for assessments
• Participating in virtual visits as needed
• Meeting licensing requirements across multiple states

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted licenses in coverage areas
• Board certification (required)
• Ability to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses

Skills

• Flexibility to travel and cover all counties within states
