In-Home Tech Support Technician

Role Summary: Provide hands-on in-home technical support and expert guidance for customers’ technology needs, including computer systems, smart home devices, and home entertainment setups. You’ll troubleshoot complex issues, apply both hardware and software knowledge, and help improve customers’ day-to-day technology experience.
