Job Summary
The In-Service Support Network Technician provides help desk support, onboard technical assistance, and sustainment services for Navy network systems. This role ensures fleet users receive responsive troubleshooting and continued operational support.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide network help desk services and technical troubleshooting support
- Conduct onboard technical assists for Navy platforms as required
- Resolve system issues related to software, hardware, and connectivity
- Maintain support documentation and track resolution activities
Qualifications and Skills
- (Required) Minimum of three (3) years’ experience providing network help desk support, including onboard tech assists
- (Desired) Experience with Linux, Windows, VMWare, Ansible, Cisco. Familiarity with Trellix, Aruba, cloud environments. Experience using CMPro and JIRA for ticketing and configuration tracking.
