Responsibilities

• Create and maintain relationships with customers through phone and in-person interactions
• Present and sell custom closet solutions to potential clients
• Manage customer expectations and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Utilize industry-leading technology and support to provide efficient service
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in home improvement related fields
• Basic computer skills and good organization and follow-up skills
• Trainable and coachable personality
