In Home Sales & Design Consultant
About the Role
Are you a relationship-driven salesperson who loves helping people improve their homes? Do you enjoy design, organization, beautiful spaces, and the satisfaction of guiding a client from “I’m overwhelmed” to “This is exactly what I wanted”? This role may be a great fit for you. You’ll design and install custom closets, cabinetry, garage systems, and home organization solutions for homeowners who expect quality, professionalism, and a great experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to understand their needs, frustrations, goals, and style preferences
- Design custom closets, cabinetry, garage systems, and home organization solutions
- Present recommendations clearly and confidently
- Prepare estimates and guide clients through the buying decision
- Follow up with prospects and clients in a professional, organized way
- Work closely with our installation team to help ensure an exceptional final result
- Represent our brand with professionalism, warmth, and integrity
Qualifications
- Prior sales, design, home improvement, real estate, retail, remodeling, or client-facing experience is helpful
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Consultative sales style — you know how to guide, not pressure
- Good attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfort learning design software, estimating tools, and our sales process
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A positive attitude, professional appearance, and ownership mindset

Pay
$70,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
