About the role

Soo Hipp Plumbing is seeking an in-home sales professional or high-performing technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a structured environment with consistent leads, clear systems, and the opportunity to close deals effectively.

Responsibilities

• Run residential plumbing and drain leads throughout the South Bay and Cerritos area
• Evaluate homeowner needs and present clear solutions
• Build value and guide customers through options
• Handle objections professionally and offer financing
• Close on the spot and collect deposits
• Provide clean, detailed handoffs to the install team
• Sell drain and sewer solutions, plumbing repairs and upgrades, water heaters and tankless systems, re-pipes, water filtration systems, and full residential plumbing solutions

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build trust and guide homeowners
• Experience in presenting clear solutions and handling objections
• Proficiency in closing deals on the spot
• Knowledge of residential plumbing and related services

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Experience in home plumbing and drainage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

$35/hour base pay + 12% commission + performance-based bonuses

Schedule

Full-time
Monday–Friday
Occasional Saturdays when needed
