About the role

Elevated Kids is a boutique, BCBA-founded and owned early autism care provider specializing in a natural, play-based approach to ABA that is thoughtful and relationship-driven for toddlers and young children. We were intentionally built to be different; placing intention, quality, and meaningful impact at the center of everything we do.

Responsibilities

• Guide clinical programming
• Partner closely with caregivers
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Support meaningful progress in everyday environments

Requirements

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• State licensure (LBA)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings
• Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams
• A commitment to ethical, developmentally grounded, and family-centered care

Qualifications

• Experience with Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI)
• Knowledge of best practices in early autism care
• Ability to design and oversee individualized, developmentally appropriate care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with parent coaching and caregiver involvement

• Expertise in ABA and developmental science
• Strong clinical judgment and ethical practice

• Proficiency in clinical decision-making and care planning
