Role Overview
As a Behavior Analyst at Elevated Kids, you play a central role in supporting young children and their families through thoughtful, relationship-based care grounded in best practice. You’ll guide clinical programming, partner closely with caregivers, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support meaningful progress in everyday environments. This role is well-suited for a clinician who values intentional work, professional autonomy, and shared responsibility.
What Success Looks Like In This Role
- Designing and overseeing care that is individualized, developmentally appropriate, and responsive to each child’s needs
- Building collaborative, trusting relationships with families through clear communication and shared goals
- Working closely with teammates and leadership, contributing insights and engaging in clinical dialogue

Training & Support
- Ongoing access to a Lead Behavior Analyst for consultation and collaboration
- Training and clinical dialogue around NDBI, developmental care, and parent coaching

What You’ll Need For This Role
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- State licensure (LBA)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings
- Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams
