Elevated Kids provides individualized, family-centered autism care through a boutique, interdisciplinary model designed to meet children and families where they are. Services are delivered in homes, preschools, and community spaces, emphasizing developmentally appropriate goals, authentic engagement, and strong caregiver partnership. Role Overview
As a Behavior Analyst at Elevated Kids, you play a central role in supporting young children and their families through thoughtful, relationship-based care grounded in best practice. You’ll guide clinical programming, partner closely with caregivers, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support meaningful progress in everyday environments.

- Designing and overseeing care that is individualized, developmentally appropriate, and responsive to each child’s needs
- Building collaborative, trusting relationships with families through clear communication and shared goals

What You’ll Need For This Role
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- State licensure (LBA)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings
- Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams
