In-Home Physician Full Time - Mansfield

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized in-home health evaluations including medication review and physical assessments
• Utilize an intuitive clinical workflow to document visits and patient data
• Travel locally and within licensed states to provide in-home services
• Engage with patients in a compassionate manner, addressing health questions and concerns
• Facilitate virtual health visits as needed depending on patient circumstances
• Provide diagnostic services like spirometry and preventive screenings as required
• Document observations and make necessary referrals to enhance patient care

Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted license in coverage areas
• Preferred multi-state licenses to work across various regions
• Experience in delivering in-home healthcare services or health evaluations
• Strong interpersonal skills for patient engagement and relationship building
• Familiarity with remote health evaluation technologies, particularly iPads and relevant software
