In-Home Physician Full Time - Rhinelander

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients in their homes to conduct health evaluations
• Establish trusted relationships to enhance health outcomes
• Provide personalized, comprehensive evaluations based on individual needs
• Perform virtual visits as required
• Travel locally and within licensed states for patient visits
• Conduct diagnostic and preventive services as required

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical licenses in coverage areas
• Multi-state licenses preferred

$174,070 – $374,920 annually
