In-Home Physician Full Time - Eau Claire

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations, building trusted relationships with patients
• Engage with patients one-on-one to address health concerns during evaluations
• Review medication and medical history comprehensively during visits
• Perform physical examinations and necessary diagnostic tests as ordered
• Utilize an iPad for clinical workflow during evaluations
• Travel locally and within licensed states to conduct evaluations as needed
• Ensure the delivery of comprehensive health services per company standards

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical licenses in the coverage area(s) required
• Multi-state licenses preferred
• MD or DO degree with relevant clinical experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct in-person and virtual health evaluations
