In-Home Physician Full Time - West Plains

For our client, we are seeking an In-Home Physician Full Time - West Plains to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $260,000 – $260,000 annually Responsibilities Conduct in-home health evaluations and build trust with patients Utilize an iPad for clinical workflows during evaluations Perform medication and medical history reviews Conduct physical evaluations and diagnostic tests as needed Travel locally and within licensed states for patient visits Adapt to various home environments and conditions Provide recommendations and referrals to health plans Qualifications Active, unrestricted medical license in the coverage area Multi-state licenses preferred Experience in conducting in-home evaluations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable working in diverse home environments Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Benefits Health, dental and vision insurance Paid time off Annual CEU allowance 401K retirement savings plan Supplies and other employee perks Malpractice coverage Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
