In-Home Physician Full Time - Springfield

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations lasting about 45 minutes
• Engage patients in one-on-one conversations about their health
• Review medication and medical history during evaluations
• Perform physical evaluations and necessary diagnostic tests
• Travel locally and within licensed states as required
• Conduct virtual visits when needed
• Provide diagnostic and preventive services as indicated

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in coverage area(s)
• Multi-state licenses preferred
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in diverse environments
• Experience in home health evaluations or related fields
• Commitment to improving health outcomes
