In-Home Physician Full Time - Saint Louis, MO

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients during in-home health evaluations
• Conduct thorough medication and medical history reviews
• Perform physical evaluations and diagnostic tests as needed
• Utilize clinical workflow via an iPad for assessments
• Provide connections to necessary care based on patient needs
• Travel locally and to licensed states for patient visits
• Conduct virtual visits when required

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in coverage area
• Multi-state licenses preferred
• Experience in conducting health evaluations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to navigate diverse home environments
