About the role
Join a compassionate healthcare team as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN).
Responsibilities
- Providing home-based nursing care for pediatric patients with feeding tubes and medication administration (training available).
- Ensuring clinical outcomes through compassionate patient care.
- Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes.
- Collaborating with team members to deliver outstanding service.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state.
- CPR certification (training available if needed).
- Current TB skin test (within past 12 months).
- Reliable transportation.
Preferred
- Six months of hands-on nursing experience.
