In Home Healthcare LVN - Full Time/Part Time Day Shifts

About the role

Provide in-home nursing care for pediatric patients, including feeding tube management and medication administration (training available). Ensure outstanding clinical outcomes through compassionate, patient-centered care. Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care for pediatric patients
• Manage feeding tubes and administer medications
• Ensure outstanding clinical outcomes through patient-centered care
• Use electronic documentation tools in patients' homes
• Support diverse scheduling needs with flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component (training available if needed)
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation
