In-Home Healthcare LVN - Day Shifts

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide skilled nursing care in home settings, primarily for infants, under supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and document patient care according to care plans and physician orders
• Monitor patient conditions and recognize changes requiring intervention
• Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies and regulations
• Ensure infection control standards

Key duties

• Provide and document nursing care

• Maintain professional competency

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license
• Current CPR certification
• Recent TB test

• Six months of clinical experience
