Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice (compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days)
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component); assistance available after hire if needed
• Current TB skin test (within the last 12 months)
• Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• State-specific requirements (as applicable)
• Reliable transportation
