Qualifications and Skills
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state (compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days).
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component; training assistance available post‑hire.
- TB skin test within the past 12 months.
- Reliable transportation and preferred six months of hands‑on nursing experience.
