About the role

• 12-hour shifts available for both days and nights
• Full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules with flexible availability options (weekends included)

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice (compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days)
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component); assistance provided post-hire if needed
• TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
• Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
• Compliance with all health-related requirements, including vaccinations and testing, as applicable to Medicare/Medicaid-funded roles
