About the role
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team in Donaldsonville, LA. This position offers a flexible schedule that includes Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients requiring feeding tubes, trachs, or ventilators.
- Document patient care electronically using tablets provided in each patient’s home.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and skill advancement opportunities.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.
Requirements
- Maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
- TB skin test (within the last 12 months).
- Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.

- Reliable transportation.
