In Home Healthcare LPN: High Acuity (days and weekend shifts)

Responsibilities

• Deliver care to patients in their homes, ensuring their needs are met.
• Document patient care electronically using tablets provided in each patient's home.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care plans.
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding nursing practice.

Requirements

• Maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice.
• Have current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• Pass TB skin test (within last 12 months).
• Have six months of hands-on nursing experience (preferred but not required).
• Have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Current licensure (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Pass TB skin test (within last 12 months).
• Must have reliable transportation.
