Heartstrings Pet Hospice is hiring an In-Home Hospice and Euthanasia Veterinarian to serve pet families across San Jose, San Bruno, Mountain View, Fremont, San Mateo, Sunnyvale, Milpitas, and Warm Springs, California. This role offers the opportunity to practice medicine without a waiting room, double-booked columns, or corporate production dashboards—just you, a family who loves their pet, and the time to do it right.

Responsibilities
- Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia care for pets.
- Work independently in a mobile environment.
- Maintain professional communication with the team and families.
- Exude compassion, dignity, and respect in all interactions.
- Lift up to 45 lbs unassisted.
- Be available for rotational weekend shifts.
Requirements
- DVM, VMD, or BVMS degree.
- Valid driver’s license.
