Bathroom Pros is expanding and is filling a select training class starting June 15th. This role is for those who want an opportunity to earn top performance-based compensation.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes
• Design beautiful bathroom remodeling solutions
• Help families improve the safety, functionality, and value of their homes
• No cold calling, door knocking, or chasing leads. Appointments are provided

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Professional appearance
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays
• Previous sales experience is helpful but not required
• Coachable attitude and strong desire to succeed

This role is not for those who need constant supervision, fear rejection, make excuses, or seek guaranteed salaries and minimal effort.

Benefits

Top performers earn $200,000–$300,000+ annually. Your income is directly tied to your performance, work ethic, and ability to follow the company’s system. There is no cap on earnings.
