Responsibilities

• Follow a written plan of care from a registered nurse to provide personal care, household support, and companion (homemaker) services that help adults stay safe and independent at home.
• Activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
• Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, etc.
• Meal preparation and feeding.
• Range of motion and exercises.
• Assist with ambulation, including transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Provide medication reminders.

Requirements

• At least one year of work experience.
• Active CNA license registered with North Carolina in good standing.
• Compliance with BAYADA policy for home care.

Pay

$19–$23 per hour, plus a $500 referral bonus.
