Responsibilities
- Empower children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families to reach their full potential - helping them grow, learn and reach milestones
- Measure each client’s progress and monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans by collecting and evaluating data
- Provide ABA services in a clinical and/or in-home setting
- Collaborate with BCBA’s and peers to overview clients progress and implement new programs based on milestones reached
- Implement programs created by BCBA with fidelity, compassion and quality
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Meet monthly virtually for professional development and training
Requirements
- Passionate about helping children on the spectrum and seeing their progress and growth
- Adaptable and ability to work and build rapport with children/individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Commitment to working flexible part-time after-school/evening schedules (Preferred)
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or other Behavioral/Developmental deficits
- Able to work collaboratively with a team of professionals and parents to help children succeed in their goals and development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
