In-Home ABA Behavior Technician

About the role

Advanceable ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to provide in-home ABA therapy services for children and teens in the Creswell area. This position is ideal for those who enjoy working with children, value flexible scheduling, and want hands-on experience in behavioral health or autism services. We also offer training opportunities for motivated candidates interested in becoming Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services
• Follow behavior plans and treatment goals developed by the BCBA
• Record session data and progress notes
• Support positive behavior and communication skill development
• Maintain consistent communication with supervisors and caregivers
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision meetings

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working with children preferred
• RBT certification welcomed but not required
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work independently in home-based settings
• Strong communication and professionalism

Pay

$23–$29/hour based on experience, certification, and availability

Schedule

Average afternoons and early evenings, Monday through Friday, with flexible part-time hours available.
