In-Home ABA Behavior Technician

About the role

Advanceable ABA is currently hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to provide in-home ABA therapy services for children and teens in the Lewiston Woodville area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, values flexible scheduling, and wants hands-on experience in behavioral health or autism services. We also offer training opportunities for motivated candidates interested in becoming Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services
• Follow behavior plans and treatment goals developed by the BCBA
• Record session data and progress notes
• Sustain positive behavior and communication skill development
• Maintain consistent communication with supervisors and caregivers
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision meetings

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working with children preferred
• RBT certification welcomed but not required
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work independently in home-based settings
• Strong communication and professionalism

Qualifications

• Afternoon and early evening availability preferred
• Monday through Friday scheduling
• Flexible part-time hours available
