About the role
Advanceable ABA is currently hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to provide in-home ABA therapy services for children and teens in the Winchester area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, values flexible scheduling, and wants hands-on experience in behavioral health or autism services. We also offer training opportunities for motivated candidates interested in becoming Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services
- Follow behavior plans and treatment goals developed by the BCBA
- Record session data and progress notes
- Sustain positive behavior and communication skill development
- Maintain consistent communication with supervisors and caregivers
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision meetings
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with children preferred
- RBT certification welcomed but not required
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work independently in home-based settings
- Strong communication and professionalism
