- Participate in processing inbound/outbound freight for clearance through US Customs.
- Provides information to, and communicates with, DHL Origin and destination stations on the status of the shipments being delayed.
- Maintain awareness of day-to-day operations of the team, prioritize and assign tasks.
- Ability to multi-task and direct multiple employees.

Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Strong understanding of operations and customs processed.
Skills: Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills.
Must be able to qualify for an airport security badge and/or Customs clearance for DHL facility and pass a drug screen.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge of ACA, HMS & DCES.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occasionally.
Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop and climb stairs/ladders.
Ability to work in all weather conditions.
Speak, read, and understand English.
Knowledge of DHL programs.
