Responsibilities

• Support all import operations in accordance with company direction and procedures
• Support the routing, tracing, and monitoring of all shipments to ensure timely deliveries
• Update reports, create unload priorities and volume summaries for inbound operations
• Work with the Merchandising team to resolve shipment issues with vendors to mitigate disruptions to the Supply Chain
• Absorb and execute import policies and operating procedures to ensure efficient and compliant shipments
• Aid in resolving any issues related to booking with vendor/origin offices
• Maintain data integrity in all operating systems related to Supply Chain
• Collaborate with Sr. Manager, International Transportation to plan and execute yearly contracts with ocean carriers, intermodal providers and drayage companies
• Demonstrate a commitment to Kirkland's Values

• Physical Requirements: This position requires you to sit, stand and perform general office functions. You may also be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Bending, stooping and reaching are also frequently required.
