Import Account Representative

Duties And Responsibilities

• Track and trace customer accounts.
• Manage all billing accounts ensuring accuracy.
• Dispatch all shipments and ensure final delivery.
• Track customer shipments and provide updates.
• Communicate daily with customers via phone and email.
• Resolve problems and conflicts for customers and vendors.

Education and/or Work Experience Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Additional job-related coursework or specialized training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and Cargo Wise software(s) or similar.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

Physical Requirements

• Safe and successful performance of essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
• Sitting at a desk and working on a computer for prolonged periods.
• Speaking, listening, and speaking clearly on the telephone.
