Duties And Responsibilities
- Track and trace customer accounts.
- Manage all billing accounts ensuring accuracy.
- Dispatch all shipments and ensure final delivery.
- Track customer shipments and provide updates.
- Communicate daily with customers via phone and email.
- Resolve problems and conflicts for customers and vendors.
Education and/or Work Experience Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional job-related coursework or specialized training.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and Cargo Wise software(s) or similar.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Physical Requirements
- Safe and successful performance of essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
- Sitting at a desk and working on a computer for prolonged periods.
- Speaking, listening, and speaking clearly on the telephone.
