Account Representative

We're seeking an Account Representative to support our Endpoint Solutions business, partnering with reseller customers to develop strategic growth plans, increase revenue, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned reseller accounts within the Endpoint Solutions business.
- Develop strategic account plans designed to drive customer growth, market expansion, and increased revenue.
- Identify and proactively pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive-level decision makers.
- Position and sell products, programs, and services that help customers achieve their business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal sales, vendor, and support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Analyze account performance and recommend growth initiatives that drive profitability and market share.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and account activity records while consistently working toward sales goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business challenges and recommending effective solutions.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales, account management, customer service, or business development experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities, influence decision-makers, and achieve results.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in technology, IT distribution, channel sales, or related industries.
- Experience supporting reseller, partner, or distribution-focused accounts.
- Understanding of endpoint technologies and solutions.

Benefits
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $44,500.00 - $75,600.00 per year. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $44,500.00 - $75,600.00 per year.
