Implementations Manager (MANTL)

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise implementations from kickoff through launch, ensuring projects meet deadlines and client objectives
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
• Drive accountability among stakeholders to maintain project momentum
• Facilitate collaboration across Product, Engineering, and delivery partners
• Translate technical requirements into actionable guidance for varied audiences
• Proactively identify and mitigate implementation risks
• Ensure a smooth transition to post-launch support and account ownership
• Continuously improve implementation processes for efficiency and client satisfaction

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing delivery, implementation, or technical project management role
• Experience implementing enterprise SaaS solutions
• Experience in fintech, banking, or regulated financial services
• Experience partnering with technical teams (engineering, product, integrations)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
